First up is Ian Cooke and his album opener ‘Music’. It’s got great lyrics, and if you didn’t know I have a huge sexual fetish for strings. Ian Cooke plays cello and he plays it well, like a groovy, afro-wielding, cello-playing badass. Seriously, look at him right here. He’s so cute and innocent yet at the same time a total badass. That’s a dynamic I can aspire to become. I just really need to work on my hair. I mean, how can you even get hair like that? It has to be natural, that’s no man-made creation.. oh no. You can’t get results like that with curlers or something. It’s so pretty and I just want to play with it while he plays his cello for me. Oh, I’m still talking… moving on.

Dan Deacon. He’s kinda like Max Tundra and he’s got all the awesome Max Tundra has too! The song is called ‘Red F’ and it has this rough and gritty bass synth and a bouncy, swirling lead-synth.. he’s a synth master. He likes his music loud, so this really is one for the headphones!
