Most people rush into these top album lists mid-December, but I’ve decided to chill out and really think hard about my top 10 favourite albums from the year that once was. Okay, I lie, I just haven’t got around to it yet. But here it is anyways. :(

So, 2008. It was a toughy, and apparently not so many solid albums were released throughout its economically crashing months. Despite the drought, I’ve still managed to find a good deal of great new artists and albums, a few of which made my overall favourite albums of all times! So without further delay, let’s begin my fruity-flavoured list of top ten albums NOW!!!

It’s a little late, but I’m finally happy to present the Indie Paws Mixtape: Volume 2! The art for this month’s mixtape was created by the marvelous Mag. It’s a vinyl-inspired work of pure genius. It’s artwork within artwork… clever huh? It’s again very pink and also kind of flowery. The theme remains the same as last month’s mixtape, which is ’songs we’re currently obsessed with’.

Next month’s theme will be Autumn songs, and I have a little competition of sorts for you readers (or listeners). Try your hand at designing some Autumn themed artwork, send it in and we’ll select the winner and feature it as the artwork for Volume 3. Entries must be a minimum of 500 by 500 pixels.
